I was told feb 23 is 30% off for inside beauty members. Friends bought in Lauderdale and got 30% w/out purchase of $25 the previous month but my palm beach gardens store said not unless last month had purchase of $25. This is inconsistent between stores. My phone is 561-371-1725 or card is 456025136820. I bought ion products today. I wldve bought more.

I spent well over $25 last month and I didn’t receive a coupon. I’m disappointed because I would’ve liked to take advantage of the double discount today. I visited one of the stores this afternoon, but I was told I needed a certificate.

I went to the store and the associate told.me i need the coupon…i looked in my email on my phone and there wasn’t anything there. I spent $160 without the discount.. This sux cuz spend alot at Sally’s regularly!

I took my Feb. 23 rewards card with me to your store in LaGrange GA. Store #243. I purchased $75.00 and ask about the crocodile style bag which was to given out on this day only. I was told that this store was not aware of promo ( code 444809 ) and they could not give out rain checks. I waited three wks. after receiving the brochure in the mail so l could receive this particular bag. I feel that this was a complet fraudulent advertisment.
