Meet Diane. She was my friend many years ago in college, and that’s how she looked back then. Pretty eyes and a dazzling smile. And 1980s hair.
I want to talk about her hair, but Diane is an attorney now, so I must choose my words carefully.
Let me just say her hairdo seemed like a great idea at the time.
Today, a hot trend is straight, sleek hair, and it’s easy to do it yourself with smoothing treatments like Ion Keratin Smooth Solutions.
While it’s tempting to use Diane’s hair to inspire a long list of all the fashions that have gone out of style and should stay there, I’d like to talk about something else –

I would love to see the side pony tail make a come back, as well as the pinup girl style (cat eye) make up. And I wish headbands would vanish!

@Jennifer — I totally rock a side bun right behind my ear from time to time… I look like I’m 12 years old but dang it, I like it!
I miss platform sneakers from the 90′s. (Think Spice Girls) It was the most comfortable way ever to add 4 inches of height. lol

@JanSu – I’m actually wearing boat shoes today. So comfortable and cute. I’m glad they made a comeback.
