Yesterday I went for my first time into a Sally Beauty Supply in Carson City Nevada. They sent me to Reno for a certain color of hair extensions. One worker had told us if we purchased the hair and found a closer color to what I was looking for I could return it, NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS NOT RETURNABLE BEFORE OR AFTER PURCHASING THE HAIR! In under 24 hours I found the color and took the hair to the Carson store. the survisor there told us that human hair was not returnable and that she would not give our money back. She did tell us its against policy to give our money back and take the extension (I-Tip) back. Even though it is not posted anywhere in the store and even though no one told us it was not returnable. She then directed us to the back of the reciept where it says “Special Restrictions: and hair is listed. So we asked if it is policy to not tell us it not returnable until after we purchased and she just laughed at us while she rolled her eyes and said ” its policy”. I had purchased the hair with my hair stylist who had never heard it was none returnable and she has been going there for years. She had never returned anything but was never informed. I will not be in Sally’s again and will inform everyone of how we were treated when trying to return and how you had to buy before finding out I couldnt take it back. We were lied to and laughed at……….

@ Sarah, I see what you’re saying but I feel like it’s my place as a customer to read the receipt and ask before I purchase something if it’s returnable.
